We are committed to a thorough inspection when any lease begins. It’s important for the protection of the owner that we know exactly what the property looked like when the lease started. This way, if we find damage to the property when the tenant moves out, we know it was caused by the tenant. We use the latest software to photograph the property. We take a LOT of photos! In fact, for a typical, 4 bedroom, 3 bath home, we can take between 250 and 350 photos. Every wall, every floor, every appliance – even inside the oven is photographed and organized in our inspection software. We would be happy to share a sample if you like.
